Residence

Il Ruscello is a modern and peaceful resort, surrounded by a large property, which lies on the outskirts of Manerba del Garda. A romantic grove crossed by a stream, after which the residence is named, is at the foot of the complex. The lovely area between the stream and building has several outdoor spaces available to all guests: barbecue pits and a small children’s playground.

The residence offers 18 modern and tastefully furnished apartments, with different sizes, all with furnished terrace or balcony. All guests have access to a big swimming pool with integrated child pool with sun lounger.

Il Ruscello is about 2 km from the centre of Manerba and 2,5 km from the lake. In the immediate neighbourhood there are several bars and a restaurant, the Garda Golf can be reached in just 600 meters.

Il Ruscello is located on the same grounds of the residence La Corte with which it shares the reception.

Apartments

1 bedroom apartment (up to 3 persons): ground floor or first floor with terrace. Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower.

1 ½ bedroom apartment with mezzanine (up to 5 persons): ground floor or first floor with terrace. Living room with kitchen and sofa bed, mezzanine open onto the living room with one futon double bed, one bedroom with double bed. One bathroom with shower.

2 bedroom apartment (up to 6 persons): ground floor with terrace or first floor with two balconies. Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds or one queen size bed. One bathroom with shower.

Big 2 bedroom apartment nr 12 (up to 6 persons): ground floor with big private terrace. Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with one queen size bed. Two bathrooms with shower.

3 bedroom apartment nr 6 (up to 6 persons): ground floor with terrace. Living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with one queen size bed. Two bathrooms with shower. 

* the mentioned maximum persons include also children and babies. 

Services

All the apartments, ground floor and first floor, have a furnished terrace or balcony, two reserved sun beds and are all equipped by: dish washer, microwave, filter coffee machine, safe, hair dryer, flat screen TV with Satellite, air conditioning and heating.

Included services: final cleaning, WIFI, one parking place per apartment, swimming pool with integrated child pool and sun lounger, playground for children, barbeque area.

Small and medium size dogs are welcome (Euro 8,00 per day and dog), maximum two dogs per apartment. No dangerous breeds allowed.

Extra services: air conditioning and heating (on consumption, Euro 0,60 KW/h), bed linen (Euro 8,00 per person/change), towels (Euro 8,00 per person/change), baby cot (Euro 25,00 per week), highchair (Euro 20,00 per week), coins for wash machine and dryer (Euro 3,50 per coin), extra parking place (Euro 5,00 per day)

Bed linen and towels can be taken along, in case they want to be rented on spot please communicate it at least one week before arrival.

The tourist tax is not included: Euro 1,00 person/day to be paid cash on spot (excluded kids up to 14 years)

Arrivals outside the regular check in times are always to be agreed with us.

Late check ins or arrival postponed arrivals on Sundays may be charged with an extra fee (as our offices are usually closed on Sundays)
Early Check ins are always subject to availability and may be charged extra
