Price list offers

THE PRICES ARE PER DAY AND APARTMENT. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: SATURDAY
Weekday arrivals and departures (except Sunday) are only possible in following periods: 
08.04-20.05 (minimum stay 4 nights) and 20.05-03.06 and 09.09-28.10 (minimum stay 5 nights)

- Our prices include: final cleaning, consumption of electricity, gas and water, WIFI (only at the reception)
- This offers are not cumulative with our other special offers
- The tourist tax is not included in the price (Euro 0,50 per person/day) and it’s to be paid cash on spot.
  Children up to 14 years are excluded.

Cancellation policy

Until 120 days prior to arrival: no cancellation costs
From 119 to 61 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be hold
From 60 to 31 days prior to arrival to be paid 50% of the total amount
From 30 to 15 days prior to arrival to be paid 80% of the total amount
From 14 to 11 days prior to arrival to be paid 90% of the total amount
From 10 days prior to arrival or “no show” to be paid 100% of the total amount
