The new Residence La Corte by Golf Resort, which will be inaugurated in 2007, is near Manerba del Garda and is surrounded by a 11,000 square meter park. It is just 2 km from the old town center, 3 km from the lake and the lovely Romantica beach.

The Residence has a automatic gate and three two-story buildings with a total of 30 apartments for tourists use. The apartments have a private entrance: some are on the first floor and have a furnished balcony, and others are on the ground floor and have a furnished terrace.

Each apartment is tastefully decorated and has tile floors, electric heating, a kitchenette with a four-burner range, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, satellite TV and 1 parking space.

The restaurant-bar is 250 meters away, and there is a small grocery store 300 meters away. Golfing fans will enjoy the 27-hole Garda Golf Course, just 800 meters away. Guests have access to the reception area, a 13 x 7 m swimming pool with deck chairs and sun umbrellas (open from May 19 to Nov 3, 2007), and a private parking lot with remote-control gate.
